If you join my concierge medicine practice, I will provide medical services that are not covered or reimbursable by Medicare or any other commercial insurance program. My practice will deduct $500 monthly from your bank account. I will not charge a co-pay for visits. I do not request that you sign a contract. If you wish to leave the practice, my practice will stop deducting money starting with the next monthly billing cycle.
I do not diagnose or treat new medical issues, or any exacerbation of an existing medical issue, by phone, text, or email. Symptoms requiring a proper exam will require an in-office visit. I use technology, but I feel strongly that a proper exam in the office is necessary to confidently evaluate your symptoms. I will make a strong effort to offer you an appointment as soon as possible, the same day or next day, and I will allow you more time than you would be offered in a corporate medical practice. I offer video visits for issues that do not require an in-office exam, such as reviewing labs or diagnostic reports, although in general, I prefer to see patients in my office. There is a different energy when people are face to face.
I want to be available to you if you have an urgent matter. However, if the issue is non-urgent, please contact me the following day.
I do not allow animals in my small office. Yes, I love dogs, too. However, I have severe allergies and asthma, and animals tend to worsen my symptoms, and may trigger symptoms in the patients after you.
Please phone or text 805-450-8413 if you would like an appointment. Please do not come to the office to request an appointment; I do not have a waiting room or staff. I will respond to your message as quickly as I am able.
